Róisín Murphy, Overpowered, 2007
King was commissioned by Róisín Murphy to create the visual campaign around her album Overpowered. Together they worked on the idea that Murphy was ‘never off stage’, that she was constantly ‘in character’: a glamorous alien of sorts, living in a world of extreme normality.
